Electrical engineering design to reconfigure and redesign a confidential industrial client’s main 12 kV substation, improving reliability and distribution capacity.
Electrical engineering for a confidential 80 MW hyperscale data center — power distribution and duct-bank design, medium-voltage temporary power, a facility power study, and support during construction, delivered across multiple design and change-order packages through permitting and buildout.
Providing Professional Electrical Engineering services for a power study, procurement, inspections, and programming. Power study work consists of device evaluation, protective device coordination, Arc Flash study and Arc Flash labels.
Provided electrical instrumentation and control design for a new 600,000 gallon water reservoir and a new (3) pump booster stations. Reservoir level maintained hydraulically from a separate pressure zone. A hydrostatic level transmitter was required to monitor the tank level.
CEI conducted a Power System and Arc Flash analysis in accordance with IEEE 1584-2018, utilizing the ANSI method of Short Circuit analysis. CEI prioritized Fountain Hill’s requirements while ensuring accurate data entry and proper evaluation of the Utility Contribution for Max and Min.
Provided troubleshooting services and on-call support services including Electrical Design, Instrumentation, Programming, and Troubleshooting on an as needed basis.
Provided Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls perspective for an assessment, evaluation, and recommendation for upgrade/replacement of existing electrical power and thermal energy structure.
Performed an Arc Flash Study consisting of data collection and an engineering arc flash study report.
Provided Professional Engineering Services to update the power study model for the Sonora Substation that feeds the PIT and various downstream power distribution. Work was based on existing Power Study files in SKM. Model was compared to field equipment and updated to match.
Provided a Power Quality Monitor (PQM) System at the Tres Rios site for Pima County to increase data collection and reliability of the power distribution system. Provided a design upgrade at the Tres Rios WWTF consisting of site visits, design drawings, design specifications along with coordination between Pima County and Ashton.
