The Ashton Company engaged CEI for electrical engineering at the Town of Marana’s Park Reservoir, where new and existing equipment had to be evaluated for safety and the site’s controls extended to match the upgrades. CEI performed a power study for device evaluation, protective-device coordination, and an arc-flash study with labels. The firm procured a new RTU control panel with supporting documentation, provided site observation reports during construction, and handled system integration by modifying the existing PLC code and developing HMI screens within the client’s existing SCADA application, delivering a safety-verified electrical system and updated controls.
