For the Denton Creek Regional Water System plant expansion, Signature Automation engaged CEI to produce the final design documentation for the electrical, telecom, security, and fire alarm systems across the facility’s new non-process buildings — a laboratory and operations building, an IT building, an administration building, and a maintenance building and shop. CEI delivered the design through progressive 75%, 90%, 100%, and bid-set packages, developed a full Revit model to LOD 300, and provided electrical opinions of probable construction cost to support budgeting.
