Automotive Components Manufacturer – Production Line Expansion

An automotive components manufacturer expanding production at its Arizona facility needed to add two assembly lines and an inspection and packing area, but first had to confirm adequate power was available and identify where it could be tapped. CEI began with a review of existing documentation and a site assessment, then provided preliminary recommendations for approval before design. The team produced 90% and 100% electrical design packages covering the power drops for the three new lines, including single-line diagrams, details, specifications, load calculations, and site plans.
