The Santa Rosa Ranch Community School relied on two low-yield wells that could not meet fire-flow demand, so the Bureau of Indian Affairs moved to drill a new higher-capacity well and add an elevated storage tank for average-day demand plus fire storage. Working with Consor Engineers, CEI provided electrical engineering across feasibility, design, construction support, commissioning, and system integration — from utility-power evaluation and a basis-of-design report through progressive EI&C packages, submittal reviews, PLC programming, telemetry configuration, a factory acceptance test, and start-up support to bring the new well and tank sites online.
